Whether you register a single person or a group of persons - the price is based on the total number of congress days that you book with one order:

All prices are net plus VAT and include congress documentation, catering, soft drinks, coffee breaks and evening events for the
congress days you have booked. Registration is subject to our terms and conditions.

To determine the price, simply add up all congress days of the participant or the group of participants and get
the respective price from the above table.

Examples:

 

Registration of one participant:

If you register for all 5 days, the total price is 1,625.- €. If you register before 31 October, you are entitled to the early bird discount.
Thus, the total price is only 1,475.- €.

Registration of a group of participants:

If you book 4 congress days for yourself and 3 congress days for your colleague, this amounts to 7 congress days.
The total price is 2,205.- €, respectively 1,995.- if you register before 31 October.

 

Registration - This is how it works:

 

Registration of one participant:

• Determine the price and complete the ESE registration form.
• Should you use your company order form, also enclose the ESE registration form with all required information.
• Indicate the total amount of congress days.
• Indicate the invoice address if it is different to your address.
• Please check the following: congress day(s), presentation tracks, compact seminars and evening event(s).
• Your registration for congress days and compact seminars is binding!
• All other information is required for planning purposes, and you are free to change between presentation tracks at any time.

 

Registration of a group of participants:

• Determine the price and complete one ESE registration form for each group member.
• Should you use your company order form, enclose one ESE registration form per participant with all required information.
• On the registration form of the first group member, indicate the amount of total congress days and the number of group members.
• Indicate an invoice adress.
• Please note: Only one invoice can be issued per group registration!
• Please check the following separately for each participant: congress day(s), presentation tracks, compact seminars and evening event(s).
• Registration for congress days and compact seminars is binding!
• All other information is required for planning purposes, and participants are free to change between presentation
  tracks at any time.
